1. Introduction.
By booking a tour with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
They constitute a legally binding contract between you (the client) and Cormorant Tours and

2. Booking & Payment
30% non-refundable deposit to confirm. Balance due 30 days before departure. Full payment
for bookings within 30 days. Payments in KES or USD via approved methods.
3. Pricing
Quoted in KES and/or USD. Includes only itinerary items. Subject to change for fees,
taxes, currency, or external factors.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Written notice required. 60+ days: deposit lost. 31–60 days: 50% charged. 0–30 days:
100% charged. No refunds for unused services or no-shows.
5. Changes by Client
Requests in writing. Subject to availability and extra costs.
6. Changes by Company
Possible due to weather, roads, or operations. Alternatives will be offered.
7. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive insurance covering medical, cancellation, and liability is required.
8. Liability
We act as agents for suppliers. Not liable for third-party actions. Travel at own risk.
9. Health & Safety
Inform us of medical or dietary needs at booking. We may refuse participation for safety reasons.
10. Travel Documents
clients responsible for valid passports, visas, and vaccinations.
11. Governing Law
Subject to Kenyan law and courts.
